There are no hidden charges and customers are only charged from the time we arrive at the pick-up location till we finish the job in 15 minutes increments. Minimum charge is two hours.
There’s no call-out or back to base fees in our main service areas – Sydney Northern Beaches, Sydney North Shore, Sydney CBD, Sydney Eastern Suburbs and Sydney Inner West. We only charge a fair half-hour call-out if the pickup is out of that area and another half-hour back-to base fees if the drop off is out of that area. All this information is discussed with our customers prior to booking.
